Most popular Escape from Tarkov tournament and league formats

Pick the format that fits your event – Blyzer generates the schedule, scoring and standings. You can set up any format in the wizard in a few minutes.

Raid challenge (points-based competition)

Players sign up individually and play a set number of raids within a time window. Points for survival, PMC kills, extracting with a target item or loot value – overall standings by total points.

How to: Create race → Configure → points for survival, kills and loot → number of counted raids → players upload results.

Speedrun / extraction time trial

Who completes the task fastest – e.g. extracting from Factory with a specific item or finishing a quest after a wipe. Ranked by time from a recording or screenshot.

How to: Create race → Configure → ranking by time → task and deadline → players upload their times.

Arena – single-elimination bracket

Tarkov Arena 5v5 Team Fight or 1v1 duels. Lose a BO1 or BO3 series and you're out – a fast format for an online tournament or LAN party with a 3rd-place match.

How to: Create tournament → Configure → no groups, play-off only → Seed teams → Generate bracket.

Arena – double elimination

Every team gets two chances – after the first loss they continue in the losers' bracket. A fairer format for 8–16 squads where one bad series shouldn't decide everything.

How to: Create tournament → Configure → double-elimination play-off → Generate bracket.

Seasonal league

A league for the whole wipe – a round of Arena matches or a raid challenge every week, points add up in the league standings. For Discord communities, clans and streamer leagues.

How to: Create league → Configure → number of rounds and teams → Generate schedule → enter results as you go.

Not sure which format to pick?

Our guides compare the formats, suggest recommended raid scoring and share tips on verifying results from screenshots and recordings.

Tip: A challenge for the whole community? Go for a raid challenge. Squad vs squad? An Arena bracket with BO3.

Escape from Tarkov – FAQ

How are raids scored in a Tarkov tournament?

You set the scoring yourself – for example points for surviving a raid, for every PMC kill, for extracting with a target item or for loot value. Standings are recalculated automatically after every uploaded raid.

How are raid results verified?

Players upload a screenshot or a link to a screen recording after the raid, and you confirm or adjust the result. For Arena matches, just enter the series score.

Can I also run a tournament in Escape from Tarkov: Arena?

Yes. For 5v5 Team Fight, 2v2 or 1v1 duels, use a classic tournament with a bracket, double elimination or groups and BO1/BO3 series.

How many players can take part?

A raid challenge has no limit – the whole community can join and everyone plays for themselves. For an Arena tournament, set the number of teams based on how much you can fit in.

How much does it cost?

The basics are free – you can create and run a tournament, league or raid challenge at no charge.
