Why organise Marvel Snap on Blyzer?

Player registration

Players sign up via a link, state their in-game name and you just confirm the starting list.

Swiss and bracket

Choose the Swiss system, groups or an elimination bracket and the match schedule builds itself.

Results and standings

Once you record the result of a BO1 or BO3 series, the standings, table and bracket are recalculated automatically.

Points-based competitions

A competition for the most cubes or points over a weekend – players record their score and Blyzer ranks them.

Most popular Marvel Snap tournament and league formats

Marvel Snap matches are short, so Swiss or a BO3 bracket work best. Pick a format and Blyzer generates the schedule, bracket and standings – you can set it all up in the wizard in a few minutes.

Swiss system

Every player plays the same number of rounds and gets opponents based on their current record. Nobody is eliminated after the first loss – the most popular card game tournament format for 16 to 64 players, usually BO3 followed by a top 8 bracket.

How to: Create tournament → Configure → Swiss system → number of rounds → Generate rounds → Generate play-off for the top 8.

Groups + play-off

Players are split into groups, play round-robin and the best advance to the bracket. A clear format for community tournaments with 8 to 32 players.

How to: Create tournament → Configure → number of groups and qualifiers → Generate groups → Generate play-off.

Single-elimination bracket (BO3)

Lose a series and you're out. A fast format for a one-evening online tournament – seeding by ranking or by draw, optionally with a 3rd-place match.

How to: Create tournament → Configure → no groups, play-off only → Seed players → Generate bracket.

Double elimination

Every player gets two chances – after the first loss they continue in the losers' bracket. Fairer for a game where the luck of locations and cards plays a part.

How to: Create tournament → Configure → double-elimination play-off → Generate bracket.

Long-term league

A multi-week season – one round every week, standings with points for series wins. Ideal for Discord communities and school esports leagues.

How to: Create league → Configure → number of rounds and players → Generate schedule → enter results as you go.

Race / points-based competition

Players sign up individually and collect points – for example the number of cubes won over a weekend, wins in Conquest mode or ladder progress. Ranked by points, with no match schedule.

How to: Create race → Configure → scoring (more = better) → open registration → players record their score.

Yes. Marvel Snap has cross-play, so mobile and PC players can be in the same tournament. Blyzer handles the schedule and results, players arrange their matches directly in the game via a friendly battle.

How do I set up BO3 series?

You choose the series length when configuring the tournament. Record the result as 2:0 or 2:1 and the standings and bracket are recalculated automatically.

What is a points-based competition and when should I use it?

When you don't want a match schedule but a competition for the most cubes or points over a set period. Players sign up themselves, record their score and Blyzer ranks them.
